People’s Palace is available for hire as an exclusive venue any day of the week. Our reservation team and restaurant managers would be delighted to recommend the ideal space for your event. They can assist with your menu choices or develop a tailor made selection to suit your requirements.

The restaurant dining room can accommodate 80 guests while the garden dining area which is partially covered can accommodate 40 guests for a sit-down arrangement.

EXCLUSIVE BOOKINGS ( MORE THAN 48 GUESTS )
To secure the booking, we require a 50% deposit paid via bank transfer, cash, credit card or check to RISELAW RESTAURANT INC at least thirty (30) days before the event. This amount shall be deducted from the final bill on the day of the function.


GROUP BOOKINGS ( UPTO 48 GUESTS )
A set menu is required for group bookings. The choice of menu should be confirmed by the client at least three ( 3 ) days prior to the date of the event with a deposit paid via bank transfer, cash, credit card or check to RISELAW RESTAURANT INC


BILLING ARRANGEMENT
Settlement of the balance is due at the end of the function by cash or credit card. Alternative billing arrangements are at the discretion of Management.


GUARANTEED NO OF GUESTS
We require a confirmation on the number of guaranteed guests two days before the booking. The client agrees to pay for the guaranteed number and the restaurant will be prepared to serve up to an additional ten percent (10%)


CANCELLATION POLICY
Entire Property
(30) days before the event – deposit is refundable
(15) days before the event – deposit is forfeited and serves as a cancellation fee
(7) days before the event – client is required to pay the full amount of the function agreement

Group bookings;
(3) days before the event – deposit is refundable
(2) days before the event – deposit is forfeited and serves as a cancellation fee
(1) day before the event – client is required to pay the full amount of the function agreement
In case of a war, earthquake or any such natural disasters, including, but not limited to acts of God; orders or advisories by the government prohibiting travel, meetings and social gatherings or any other emergency beyond the parties’ reasonable control, either group may terminate this agreement without further liability.


INGRESS
9am for lunch events
A lunch event that requires an earlier ingress is subject to a non–consumable charge of Php 10,000 per hour.
9 am for ALL DAY events
A non-consumable fee, equivalent to the minimum spend for lunch, is charged for taking over the restaurant during the day to facilitate an early ingress.
4pm for dinner events


OVERTIME
A minimum non-consumable fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) is charged for every hour or fraction thereof over and above the time stipulated on this agreement.


PROPERTY DAMAGES
Any damage to fixtures and fittings in the restaurant during an event, caused by the client, its employees, representatives or guests will be the responsibility of the client. The cost of repair or replacement of damaged property will be assessed by representatives from both parties.
